In light of recent events, we want to make the Discovery Trunk process as safe as possible. As such, we have developed a cleaning and care protocol, which you can find here. Additionally, this semester we have provided some flexible options to help you reach the 40 student minimum requirement and teach staggered classrooms.
If you have many students connecting to you virtually, then you can check out a trunk to use yourself to create videos and lessons using the materials. On the registration form, please indicate how many students you expect you will be able to educate with this method.
For classroom settings, the trunks currently on the calendar are the standard 2-week reservation periods. If this works for you, then please sign up as you usually would (max of 2/school). As always, trunks are shipped the Tuesday before, and picked up the Tuesday after your reservation period.
However, if you need to use a trunk for a longer or shorter reservation period (1-3 weeks), or if the trunk you are interested in is not on the calendar, please complete a waitlist request or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will try to fulfill as many of these requests as I can, but they are not guaranteed.
